“The members have undertaken an assessment of the ability of the LLP to continue as a going concern for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The members consider that the assets managed by the LLP will remain sufficient to provide the LLP with turnover and liquid resources such that the LLP can continue to discharge its liabilities and meet regulatory capital requirements for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In the light of above, the members believe that the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
