“The Members have considered the LLP's forecast and budgets, funding requirements, and the principal risks and uncertainties that may impact upon the performance of the LLP together with their mitigation. After making these enquiries the Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from when the accounts are authorised for issue. For this reason they adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
