• “Effective 28th March 2025, the LLP subscribed for newly issued shares in subsidiary undertaking PrismFP Group Ltd for a consideration of £227,360. On the same day PrismFP Group Ltd used part of the proceeds to pay down its borrowings from the LLP in the amount of £151,538, in doing so settling in full the outstanding principal and interest owed pursuant to loan notes between them, and the LLP paid down its borrowings from members by the same amount. Separately, the LLP's borrowings from members increased by £200,000 effective 15th January 2025.”
