“The Members have reviewed operating and cash flow forecasts of the Group and the LLP and have a reasonable expectation that the Group and the LLP will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the Financial Statements. The Group and the LLP have predictable contractual revenue, tightly controlled expenditure, no contingent liabilities and access to liquidity and capital. Accordingly, the Members continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Financial Statements.”
