“The LLP continually forecasts and projects its financial position, results and cash flows and current forecasts suggest that the LLP will be able to operate within the levels of its current facilities. After making enquiries, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Furthermore, the US LLP has signed a letter of financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are signed. The LLP therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
