“The group has net current liabilities of £143,150 (2023: £119,216) at the balance sheet date. The members have received confirmation from the Limited Partnership that it will continue to support the group to allow it to settle liabilities as they as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of those financial statements. The Limited Partnership has indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the LLP during the going concern assessment period. As with any LLP placing reliance on other group entities for financial support, the members acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so. The members therefore consider that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
