“After reviewing the LLP's forecasts and projections, which cover the 12-month period from the date of signing the financial statements, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from date of approval of financial statements. The members have further reviewed the financial position and liquidity of the LLP and concluded that the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks. This is supported by the net asset position of the LLP and ultimate parent's (BC Partners Holdings Limited) group ("BC Group") and the security of the LLP's material receivable balances.”
