Affirmed

“The LLP reported a loss for the year, and this is expected to continue in the next financial year. BAE Systems Pension Funds CIF Trustees Limited and BAE Systems 2000 Pension Plan Trustees Limited have provided long term loans to the LLP totalling £81,000,000. Capital repayments are not due to commence until 2026. The members therefore have a reasonable expectation that the partnership will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the members have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
