“The LLP meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its available cash resources. While broader economic conditions may present challenges, the LLP's revenue is determined by the EMK Group's transfer pricing policy, with EMK Group forecasts and projections indicating strong and consistent performance. The LLP's financial planning, taking into account plausible changes in trading performance, confirms that it should be able to operate within its available cash reserves. After making enquiries, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The LLP therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
