“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. While the timing and amount of future dividend receipts from the Partnership's subsidiary remain uncertain, the Partnership currently holds net current assets of £1.5m (31 March 2024: £79.3m), which are sufficient to meet its obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the Members consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate and are comfortable that they Partnership can continue to operate for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
