“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, with further detail disclosed in note 2.2 of these statements. The members have prepared a going concern assessment for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the LLP will have sufficient funds, through funding from its intermediate parent, DTZ Worldwide Limited, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the going concern assessment period.”
