“As at 31 December 2024 the LLP had net current assets of £27,052 (31 December 2023: £24,034). The directors have prepared a going concern assessment which includes cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The cash flow forecasts have been prepared on both an expected and a worst case scenario and indicate that, even after taking account of a reasonably possible worst case scenario, the LLP will have sufficient funds, through support from its investors to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. The Designated Members have reviewed the current and projected financial position of the LLP, making reasonable assumptions about future trading performance. Whilst it is not possible to fully assess the impact on specific industries or their constituents at this stage, the Designated Members believe the LLP has a strong balance sheet and the right strategy in place. Accordingly, the Designated Members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and on this basis the Designated Members adopted the going concern in preparing these financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
