“The LLP relies on financial support from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP (formerly Herbert Smith Freehills LLP), a fellow group undertaking of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Global LLP (formerly Herbert Smith Freehills Global LLP). The designated members have received confirmation that Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP will continue to provide financial support to enable the LLP to meet its financial obligations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. As set out in note 1 to the financial statements, the designated members are satisfied that Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP has the ability to provide that support taking into account its forecasts and cash flow projections. For this reason, the designated members continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
