- Affirmed
“In assessing the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern, the members have considered the liquidity position and reviewed cash flow forecasts for the foreseeable future. The LLP has adequate financial resources and, as a consequence, the members believe that the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and meet its liabilities as they fall due. In addition to its cash reserves, it also has the support from its sole customer and parent undertaking, Proterra LP, who has provided a letter of support to endorse such a conclusion. Having considered these factors, the members are of the opinion that the LLP should have adequate capital and liquidity to meet its obligations for at least the next 12 months from the date of this report. Accordingly, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Following a rebranding exercise in November 2024, the trading name of the LLP's independent auditor changed from 'Haysmacintyre LLP' to 'HaysMac LLP'.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
