“At the year end the group had net current assets of £120,860 (2024: £31,803,815). At the year end the LLP had net current assets of £13,618,625 (2024: £30,447,294). The members have prepared the accounts on a going concern basis with future price curves and cash-flows being sufficient to meet current liabilities as they fall due. The members are aware that the current Clydesdale Bank plc loan is due for refinancing on 31 March 2026 and discussions with the bank are positive and they will roll this loan into a longer term facility. The members further expect interest rates to continue to fall over the next 12 months enabling financing terms become more attractive.”
