“During the period of macroeconomic uncertainty, we have been able to manoeuvre the business to support the higher inflationary costs, including wage inflation, by concentrating on staff retention accredited by our 'Best for World Workers' 2022. As we provide professional services, this is a way to drive stability in our services. The day rates have been reviewed to allow for the increased cost base and the return required to support the environmental changes. Reviewing going concern, the Board have considered the market in which the business operates to review skills availability and geographical outlook and, although hyperinflation is behind us, we remain in an uncertain environment awaiting changes from the newly elected government. If the economic conditions worsen, the Board have contingency measures to support the business as cost can be reduced by reduced or delayed investments, including profit distribution, staff bonuses, and/or increased investment from members capital. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the members expect to be a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
