“The LLP has produced forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance which show that the LLP should be able to operate within its current working capital structure. After making enquiries, the Members have a reasonable expectation that operating cash inflows will continue to be positive due to fee income being generated from investor commitments to funds managed or advised by the LLP and therefore, that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future which is a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Members therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
