“The members consider that financial resources available to the LLP are adequate to meet its operational needs for the foreseeable future. Financial support is provided to the LLP through continued support from the members as evidenced by signed letters of support covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. Consideration has been made of the member's ability to provide financial support, should it be required. Consequently, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
