“The going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements. The members consider that financial resources available to the partnership are adequate to meet its operational needs for the foreseeable future, due to financial support being provided to the LLP, through continued support from the members. This is as evidenced by signed letters of support covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. Further, consideration has been given to the member's ability to provide financial support should it be required, with no issues identified.”

• “During the financial year, the LLP continued to develop plans for its fourth block, Block D, which has planning consent for 46 residential apartments. Enabling works progressed on site, including initial infrastructure preparation. The LLP has assessed various potential exit strategies for the future, considering factors such as market conditions and the current progress of the project, including the option to build and deliver the development using a subcontractor.”
