“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Group has prepared its cash flow forecasts based on financial plans, detailed budgets, and management of its working capital cycle. Key metrics and performance against budgets/forecasts are monitored closely and the Group manages its short and long-term liquidity requirements through its cash balances held at bank. The LLP agreed a three-bank revolving credit facility totalling £75m in September 2023 on a bi-lateral basis. The facilities are available on a three year plus one year term. Therefore, the Members have, at the time of approving the financial statements, reasonable expectations that the Group has adequate resources to continue trading for the foreseeable future.”
