Material uncertainty over going concern
On October 15th 2024, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSWICB) announced the award of the contract for Community Services to the successful bidder HCRG Care Group for delivery of services from the 1st April 2025. Whilst Wiltshire Health and Care LLP will continue trading until 31st March 2025 in line with the current contract term, the majority of its business will therefore be transferred to the new provider after that date. A de-mobilisation process is underway which includes the owners of the LLP: Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeking legal advice on the options available to them for the organisation including the winding up of the entity as the majority of the services provided are transferring, with the residual being considered as to their future arrangements. With this knowledge there is no realistic alternative for the entity to continue as a going concern as the likelihood is either winding up or running as a dormant company and whilst the actual decision is still to be determined, the financial statements will be prepared on a basis other than going concern.

Significant events
- “The 2023/24 delivery year has continued to be incredibly challenging for the whole of the health and care system. Within the NHS, we have continued to see increasing demand for services, constrained budgets and the need to deliver efficiencies without compromising on the quality of our care. This landscape has also meant a further challenging year for Wiltshire Health and Care with increased support needs on our inpatient wards, ongoing high demand for services, and stretched capacity of our workforce.”
- “A Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspection was undertaken in 2023 and Wiltshire Health and Care received an overall rating of 'Requires Improvement'.”
- “In common with NHS trusts, industrial action was taken by our staff in December 2023 and February 2024 patient safety and staff wellbeing were our priorities during these periods of industrial action.”
- “2023/24 has seen a significant focus on Cyber Security, with cyber benchmarking and audits driving action plans to improve WHC's security posture alongside the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication for key systems, and improvements in external network connectivity and resilience.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
