“The LLP has adequate financial resources and, as a consequence, the members believe that the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. For the year ended 31 December 2025, the LLP returned to profitability before members' remuneration, reflecting improved operating performance. Although the LLP reports a loss for the financial year after members' remuneration and discretionary profit allocations, this loss has narrowed compared to the prior year. There are continued geopolitical risks across the globe (Europe, Middle East & Asia) which the members have considered, however it is noted that there is minimal impact' on the ongoing business activity of the LLP and the members will continue to monitor geopolitical risk on an ongoing basis. The five-year forecast, has been prepared taking into consideration the potential impact of economic challenges, including inflation, interest rates and real wages. The majority of the LLP's revenue is generated from management fees'based on committed capital over the life of the underlying funds, providing a high degree of forward visibility. The LLP, does not have external debt that would be affected by changes in interest rates! Based on the expected continued growth reflected in the approved forecasts, supported by conservative revenue and profit assumptions, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have (been prepared on the going concern basis.”
