“The principal business activity of the LLP during the year was the provision of Investment Management Services. Currently the LLP provides this services to Limited Partnerships by way of appointment by Greyhound General Partners Limited, Greyhound General Partners II Limited and Greyhound General Partners III LLC. The LLP receives management fees on all closed ended funds over a 10 or 12 year period, therefore the Members believe the business has adequate sources of funding to meet its future obligations and is well placed to manage its business risk successfully.”

• “In November 2023, the LLP transferred part of its non-regulated business to two entities under common ownership with the LLP, Greyhound Capital Europe Holdings (UK) Limited and Greyhound Capital Management LLC. An allocation of management fees from the funds has been made to these two entities in respect of the non-regulated services they have provided to the funds during the year. Because of the business transfer, all employees of the LLP were transferred to Greyhound Capital Europe Holdings (UK) Limited. The purpose of the business transfer is to provide a more efficient use of the LLP's capital and allow the LLP to continue to grow its business.”
