During the year ended 31 December 2024, and to date, the partnership's principal activity continues to be the general partner for Baird Capital Partner Europe II Limited Partnership, Baird Capital Partner Europe II Special Affiliates Limited Partnership and BCPE II Founder Partner SLP (the "Funds"). However, the Funds are mature and have reached the wind down phase. As the members do not intend to acquire a replacement trade, they have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The effect of this is explained in note 1.2.
