“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the members' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Group's and the parent LLP's ability to continue as a going concern for a year of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The Group's overdraft facility forms part of the composite banking arrangements whereby all subsidiaries' bank balances are cross guaranteed. Consequently, the Members are confident that the Group will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
