• “An amount of US$ 8,663,902 relating to the proceeds from the Initial Public Offering ("IPO") of 29Metals Limited (“29Metals") is being retained by 29Metals and held in escrow pertaining to a legal dispute involving Copper (QLD) Investment Pte. Ltd. (the "Company")... On 19 December 2024, the Court ruled in favour of Lighthouse Minerals. As a consequence, the Company has accrued a liability of US$ 9,685,005 at 31 December 2024 in anticipation of the likely costs that it may be required to pay. On 5 May 2025, the Company lodged an application seeking leave to appeal the judgment with the High Court of Victoria, in addition to lodging a stay application to restrain Lighthouse Minerals from taking any steps to enforce their rights under the judgment. The appeal is due to be heard in the High Court of Victoria on 8th August 2025 with the final outcome of the litigation matter to be known at this time.”
