“The LLP has sufficient financial resources and, as a consequence, the Members believe that the LLP is well-placed to manage its business risk. With this in mind and having made all reasonable enquiries and having respect to the nature of the LLP and its activities, the Members are satisfied that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. For this reason, the Members adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
