“Based on projected cash requirements and available resources, the members have a reasonable expectation that the Partnership has adequate resources (both financial and regulatory) to continue in operational existence for a period of twelve months. Furthermore, the members are not aware of any material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt upon the Partnership's ability to continue as a going concern. The Parent, Squarepoint UK Holdco 1 Limited, has committed to providing additional funding in the event that it is required to fund the Partnership's continuing operations. Accordingly, the Partnership continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Refer to note 2 for more details.”
