“The LLP has operated profitably during the year under review and to ensure that it is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, Alvarez & Marsal Holdings LLC, a company registered in the United States of America has indicated that it will continue to provide sufficient financial support as is necessary for the foreseeable future. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
