“At the year-end date the liabilities of the limited liability partnership exceeded the assets by £969,607. The members have confirmed that they will not be seeking a repayment of their loans in the foreseeable future and anticipate that full recovery can be made in the fullness of time as further profitable projects are filtered through the Group. (A further key point in relation to the loans in question is that their terms are governed by a loan note instrument creating secured 12% loan notes not falling due until 2034). The members' have a reasonable expectation that adequate resources will be available to continue in operational existence and successfully conclude any existing development sites and also develop any further development sites. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
