“The members have reviewed the ability of the LLP to continue as a going concern. They have continued to monitor ongoing operating expenses and grow the advisory mandate which covers those expenses into 2025. The members have concluded that the renewal of the advisory mandate, together with current cash reserves, means the LLP has sufficient financial resources to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due and for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The members therefore continue to adopt going concern basis of accounting in the financial statements.”
