  Material uncertainty over going concern

  We draw attention to the disclosure made in note 2 to the financial statements which describes the preparation of the financial statements on a non-going concern basis. As described in note 2, the Members have concluded that following the proposed disposal of the fellow subsidiaries within the larger Stonewood group of companies, the continued operation of the LLP will not be viable. A disposal of parts of the trade of the business is therefore to be progressed, and any remaining client relationships will be terminated and the LLP will cease to trade and therefore the members have concluded that it is no longer appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
