“The LLP's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Management Committee of the LLP considered the fact that the LLP is part of the larger SThree Group whose business model remains strong and resilient. SThree plc, the ultimate parent company, will provide financial support to the LLP such that the LLP is able to operate as a going concern and to settle its liabilities as they fall due. This undertaking will remain in place for the foreseeable future and will not be withdrawn during a period of 12 months from the signing of the financial statements.”
