“The financial position, cash flows and liquidity position of the LLP are set out in the Statement of Financial Position and the Statement of Cash Flows. The Members expect future income to continue to exceed the operating costs of the business due to ongoing advisory contracts, together with the availability of financial support from the parent undertaking, LetterOne, if required, and reliance on a letter of support provided by the parent company which confirms that LetterOne has sufficient liquid resources to provide financial support and will assist the LLP to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due for the period to 31 December 2026 (the going concern assessment period).”

• “Sanctions imposed on the ultimate beneficial owners ('UBOs') by the European Union ("EU", including individual EU member states), the United Kingdom, the United States, and several other countries in response to the Russia-Ukraine war remain in force. Whilst two of the LLP's UBOs were sanctioned, the LLP itself is not subject to sanctions as confirmed by the group's legal advisors and relevant authorities. Following swift action in 2022-2023 to distance group from its sanctioned UBOs - freezing their voting rights, blocking dividends and ensuring they have no control - these measures were approved by regulators in key jurisdictions.”
