Affirmed

“Whilst the LLP remains dependent on a single source of revenue from Lexington Partners L.P., the members are not aware of any reason that this agreement will be terminated in the foreseeable future. The nature of the agreement with the parent entity provides a high degree of certainty that the LLP will continue to be profitable. Historically, the LLP has received income in a timely manner in order to manage its obligations (which are relatively predictable in nature). As a result, the members believe that the LLP is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
