“The members have prepared forecasts which indicate that the LLP has sufficient resources to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due and maintain a sufficient regulatory capital surplus for at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. In addition, certain members have confirmed to contribute such additional capital as may be required in order to maintain the regulatory capital surplus should these forecasts not be met. Accordingly the members have a reasonable expectation that the business has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and thus adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
