“The LLP has net assets of £2,702,315 (2023: £2,696,726) and made a profit of £5,589 (2023: £699,611). The Members' have therefore determined that it is appropriate for the accounts to be prepared on a going concern basis based on the LLP continuing to have sufficient working capital to continue trading for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing the accounts, as well as by its membership of the Optio group of companies.”
