“After making enquiries, the members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP, the US Parent, the ultimate controlling party (KKR & Co. Inc.) and its affiliates (the "Group") have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
