We draw attention to Note 2 to financial statements, which disclose that as of 31 December 2024 the LLP has long-term and short-term receivables from a related party amounting to R272,710 thousand and R5,709 thousand, respectively and that the ability of the related party to repay these debts depends on obtaining additional funds in the future. These events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the LLP's ability to continue as a going concern.
