“The Group has assets which exceed its liabilities and has no external debt. Members have assessed the Group's cash flows forecast for a period of up to 30 September 2026, being the going concern period, which demonstrates that the Group has sufficient cash resources to continue in operational existence for foreseeable future and that no material uncertainties exist that could cast significant doubt over the ability to continue as a going concern. Therefore, the members continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its consolidated financial statements.”
