The Partnership's ultimate parent also has significant financial resources to support its subsidiaries and the Partnership's liabilities are primarily owed to related parties, which are also subsidiaries of the Partnership's ultimate parent, who may provide the Partnership with the option to defer repayment under certain circumstances.”
