“The LLP meets its working capital requirements primarily through receipt of portfolio management fee (PMF) income from Triton General Partners, and has contracts in place for the provision of portfolio management services for the foreseeable future. The decrease in net current assets and net assets attributable to members during the year is due to the extension of the latest fund raise to October 2025. The LLP expects to return to profitability on the closing of the fundraise when it will earn its PMF from inception of the new fund.”
