“The consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Partners are required to assess the Group's ability to continue as a going concern and have assessed the Group's financial position, including its ability to meet its day to day working capital and forecast cash flow requirements. At the balance sheet date, the Group has a net asset position of £151m (31 December 2023: £154.6m), the decrease from prior year resulted from the unrealised movements in the valuation of investment properties and derivative financial instruments.”
