“The LLP is in a profit making position, has sufficient liquid assets to meet its liabilities as they fall due and is due to receive income from related entities in excess of forecast expenses. The members and directors of the BGC Group trading entities to which the LLP provides services believe that those entities will continue to operate as a going concern. Liquidity is managed on a day to day basis by the BGC Group's treasury department and the LLP participates in the BGC Group's centralised treasury arrangement. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The LLP will continue to provide the services of staff and members to other BGC group entities and as such, the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
