“The Group has sufficient financial resources and ongoing investment management contracts and as a consequence, the Members believe that the Group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The Members have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
