“The Members consider that the LLP has adequate resources to remain in operation for the foreseeable future, which reflects a period to 31 March 2026, and have therefore continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. In making this assessment, the Members have considered the LLP's balance sheet position and the intention and ability of parent company, Britvic plc, to continue to provide financial support to the LLP to assist it in meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due.”

• “On 17 December 2024, Carlsberg UK Holdings Limited ("Carlsberg") and Britvic plc announced that clearances from each of the European Commission and the CMA in respect of the acquisition of Britvic plc by Carlsberg had been received, and that as a result all regulatory conditions had been satisfied. The Scheme was sanctioned by the Court on 15 January 2025 and became effective on 16 January 2025 when the Court Order was delivered to the Registrar of Companies.”
