“The LLP's principal activity is exposed to inherent uncertainties and global market fluctuations beyond the control of the LLP's management. The LLP meets its working capital requirements from its day to day activities in the market place and the members consider that the LLP will continue to operate on this basis and that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
