“The LLP continues to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves, cash generated from its ordinary course of business and occasionally through the group cash pool facility which it is party to. The LLP's forecasts and projections... show that the LLP should be able to operate within the level of its current cash reserves, forecasted cash generated through its activities and group cash pool facility. The members have a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months. Although the members do not consider it necessary, additional financing can be made available by the ultimate parent Arcadis N.V. The LLP therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
