“The members have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the LLP has adequate financial resources to continue to trade for at least 12 months from the date of signing of this report and consequently, have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The assessment of the latest financial forecasts includes a consideration of macro-economic trends in the context of the Russia/Ukraine conflict, conflict in the Middle East and high interest rates. Sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of severe but plausible scenarios has been carried out.”
