“The LLP is expected to be loss making in the foreseeable future and will require financial support for those years from AEW SA, the parent Company of AEW Global Ltd and AEW Global UK Ltd, who each own 50% share of the LLP. AEW SA, the parent Company of AEW Global Ltd and AEW Global UK Ltd, have confirmed that it will provide sufficient financial support to AEW UK IM LLP to enable it to continue to trade and meet its liabilities as they fall due. On this basis, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
